What can you do if you are not satisfied?
If you are not happy with the received shoes, you can send the order back to us within 8 days after you have received the package. (Items from “sale” not included). Shoes must be returned undamaged in any way, or scratched on the heelside because of use on hard ground. We suggest you handle shoes with greatest care when trying them on.
Most Important: Send an email, within 3 days after receiving the package, to
with the reason why you want to ship back your shoes, your name, (bank) accountnumber and the invoicenumber. If you do not contact us before you send the package back, we cannot accept the returned goods.
The cost and risc of the return-shipment are to be paid by the sender. It is important to ask for a track&tracenumer, this way we can always check out wether or not the package has arrived at it’s destination.
Only after email contact Tangotación can agree on sending back the shoes. Only than Tangotación can give you the option of selecting other shoes. In your order you should also mention that this is an replacement for a returned package.
As soon as the returned goods are in our possesion the new order will be send. If we do not have the ordered article in stock we will look for an alternative or you will get a voucher. You can use this voucher for payment of a next order. Please note that you should mention the vouchernumber in your order.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries done by Tangotación. The customer agrees to these terms and conditions when he/she places an order.
All prices shown on the website are EURO’s and include 19% VAT. Shippingcosts are not included. Tangotación is allowed to change prices at any time. Changes in prices will be official as soon as they are shown on the website. These changed prices are not applicable for already placed orders.
Tangotación has the right to change these terms and conditions and the content of the webshop at any time.
Tangotación connot be held to offers if it is obvious that there has been make a mistake in pricing the goods.
Offers are applicable as long as the goods are in stock. Goods will remain in the posession of Tangotación untill the customer has agreed to these terms and conditions and has paid for the goods.
All orders, deleveries and payments will be administrated by Tangotación.
Tangotación will always try to negotiate in case of a disagreement with the customer. If these terms and conditions are not applicable to the disagreement, Duch Law will be applied.
Tangotación is entitled to suspend performances of oblications if he is temporarely prevented from performing them by circomstances that could not be foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the agreement and which are beyond his control.
After 30 days, both parties have the right to resolve the agreement in writing, without the warranty of (any) compensation.
Circumstances beyond the control of Tangotación include all shortcommings that are held against Tangotación.
