C.I.T. on tour, Europe.

The name C.I.T. stands for "Campeonato Intercontinental de Tango",

The first Festival edition was kept in October 2008, in Buenos Aires. Besides Milongas and workshops there was a competition "tango de salon".
Lorena and Raphaël (Alma de Tango, Rotterdam) were members of the jury. Frank and Jenny won the competition gloriously! Their price was a tour trough Canada and Europe, acompanied by Manuel ortiz and Laura Rodriguiz, money and the first 3 winning couples also won a pair of Tangotación tangoshoes!

Day 2: June 20th

Très chique salon in 'Engels', Rotterdam. workshops and DJ Rein

We had a beautiful view over the city of Rotterdam, taking a rest from dancing at one of the balconies at Engels. It was a bautiful night with magnificent performances. Jenny and Frank excellent again in Tango de Salon and Laura, accompanied by Manuel on drums, performed Malambo de Boleadoras in such a sensasional way that everybody was deeply impressed by her performance. What a woman!

Day 3: June 21st

Workshops, milonga, performances and DJ Nettie.

Hostess Mabel Gonzaléz, the energetic singer from uruguay. Special guests Jorge Oraison (painter, Uruguay) and the consul of Uruguay. The one day we managed to do a workshop ourselves! An we really enjoyed it!
C.I.T. on tour Europe was closed with stunning performances. Frank & Jenny, Manuel & Laura, we really want to thank you for all the beautiful performances. We (and others!) were moved to tears seeeing Tango the way you showed us!
