CIT 2008 has finish today (novemberthe 1st 2008). We received some photo's but currently we don't know who won the competition yet

Georgina Sicca (Tangotación) has been visiting CIT 2008  presenting a new line of Buenos Aires' handmade tangoshoes.
Lorena de miranda Serra (Alma de tango, Holland) was one of the members of the jury.

Sunday  the 26th of october CIT started with live performance at the nightly milonga with the orchestra "Color tango Alvarez". On monday evening "Sexteto Milonguero" played. We expect more information about CIT 2008 later this week.

Tangotación! was present at CIT2008, presenting a new line of Buenos Aires' handmade tangoshoes. Georgina Sicca will be representing Tangotación!

Pricewinning pairs no 1,2, and 3 are offered a pair of Tangotación! tangoshoes at the last day of CIT2008, the first of november.

About CIT 2008:CIT offers a tango event as would take place in the 40's and 50's in the milonga's of Buenos Aires; competition in old style tango, combined with nightly milonga's  tango workshops. Every night there will be live music from 6 different tango orchestra's at the milonga's and competition. The international caracter of this event, proves that tango has become a world language, not only the domain of the Buenos Aires 'Porteños'..
